New in programm!! This beautiful hillside villa offers a lovely and relaxing view over the bay of the holiday resort of the same name, Canyamel.

Description

Due it is built on a hill, the finca has several levels with various sun and shade terraces. The small beach of Canyamel can be reached both on foot and by car. Other beaches are about 10 km away. The pool area is on the same level as the living room and well-equipped open plan kitchen with sitting area. From the living area there is access to another terrace with a dining table and a wooden grill. Halfway up the stairs to the upper floor is the master bedroom with a large 2.00 x 2.00 M bed, bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and spectacular views over the coast. Trace the stairs further up, you reach the floor with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and another sun terrace.

The villa offers both air conditioning for warmer days and central heating for example the golf lovers, who prefer to visit the island during the colder months. On request the pool can be heated. The Canyamel golf course can be reached in less than 2.5 KM and within a radius of 15 km you can choose from 3 more golf courses.

Arrival days are flexible. Minimum stay 7 nights.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and final cleaning are included in the rental price. The electricity costs and pool heating (optional) must be paid in cash on site(0.35 €/per KwH). A one-off service fee of €48.00 is charged for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.
