Additional information on rental rates

Eine Kaution in Höhe von 2.000,00 Euro wird bei Buchung berechnet.

Die Touristensteuer wird direkt vor Ort bei Anreise durch den Eigentümer abgerechnet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
