This luxury villa is nestled on a hill within the exclusive residential urbanization Son Vida - just outside of Palma. Several terraces boast stunning panoramic views, as well as very much privacy in the tranquil neighborhood. It is a mere 7 minute drive to the port of Palma´s lively waterfront and old city district, with its countless boutiques, restaurants, bars and night clubs – and only a 10-minute drive to the airport.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
