The modern villa with sea views is located on a well-kept plot in a quiet location of Porto Petro. The popular small fishing harbour offers a selection of good restaurants and bars. 

Description

The house was completed at the end of 2009 and is characterized by its minimalist, modern design. Particularly noteworthy is the magnificent view over the bay of Porto Petro. Spacious rooms, clean lines and lots of light determine the unique character of this villa. The villa is new and modernly furnished and has recently been equipped with pool heating (surcharge: € 200.00 per week) as well as an osmosis system for a glass of refreshing drinking water directly from the tap.

The impressive Vall D'Or golf course is only a few kilometres away and the neighbouring town of Cala D'Or has an elegant marina with many shops and restaurants.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
