The luxurious penthouse with separate granny flat on the ground floor and a private garden with pool is part of a quiet residential complex in Porto Colom, overlooking the harbor and the open sea. It is a two minute stroll to the beautiful sandy beach and a two minute drive to the lively harbor promenade with numerous nice restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest golf course, the golf club of Vall d´Or, is 5 car minutes away and famous for its marvelous panoramic views across the harbor and the ocean.

Description

On 160 m² living area, the penthouse offers high-quality comfort and ample space for 6 guests. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a generous lounge with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The standard equipment includes air-conditioning, central heating, several TVs, a DVD player and internet access.

The large well-furnished terrace is sun-shaded and just one part of the outside entertainment area. The other is the private garden downstairs with a good-sized pool (10 x 5 m), a brick-built barbecue and sun loungers. Here on this pool level there is a studio, complete with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette – and perfect for a nanny or other house staff.

Hinweis: Eine Kaution in Höhe von € 500,00 wird bei Buchung berechnet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
