Finca Tenja is a cosy single-storey holiday home for guests, who appreciate the serenity and tranquillity of the picturesque countryside surrounding the property. A noise-reduced, powerful generator provides for independent power supply.

Description

This charming Finca was completed in 2006 and is conveniently located only 4 km from Sant Llorec, a typical Majorcan village. The 16.000 m² enclosed property offers extensive views across the hilly landscape of the north-eastern part of the island. It is about 15km to the villages Son Severa and Artá, while Manacor with its splendid shopping facilities can be reached in less than 15 min by car, as well as the beaches Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
