Description

The new-built Finca is only about 5 minutes from Santanyi and situated in perfect privacy on a small hill allowing stunning 360° panoramic views. The region is considered as the warmest area of the undoubtedly sun-spoiled island. The fjord-similar bays with their white sandy beaches are conveniently close and attainable in less than 10 min by car.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
