Description

Nestling on the lower slopes of Serra del Norte mountain range, the spacious Finca is situated within a green fertile valley and boasts tranquillity and privacy. A reminder of Roman occupation times, an old aqueduct, marks the entrance to the large property. Pollença, its harbour and its beaches, as well as the beaches of Cala St. Vincente are only a short drive away.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
