This charming, modern Finca is ideal for families with small children or couples, who appreciate peaceful and relaxing holidays in comfort and style. The one-storey holiday home and its sparkling pool are set amidst large well-groomed garden lawns within a typical, ingenious Majorcan landscape. It is just a 5 minutes drive from the Pollenca golf club. Please note: Finca Roqueta and Finca Torrentet are located close-by.

Description

The modern Finca boasts a spacious, well-appointed lounge with open fire place, SAT-TV, dining table and direct access to the sun-shaded, comfortably furnished out-door terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room with a washing maschine. A corridor leads to the 2 double-bedrooms (1king-sized bed and one with twin beds), as well as to the 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Apart from the main terrace, there is a second, freestanding, sunshaded terrace next to the house, furnished with a summer kitchen, a brick BBQ and another dining table. The long pool (14,5 x 3,7 m with Jacuzzi sparkles invitingly amidst the lush green lawn.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
