Can Vista has a wonderful setting, nestling in the serene countryside of Pollensa, not far away from the golf course. The entrance hall leads into the fully equipped kitchen and the bright living and dining room with large cream-coloured sofas and a dining table for 10 guests. From here access the generous, sun-protected terrace and enjoy the views across the beautiful pool area and the garden. The in-built BBQ invites for al-fresco dinners with the whole family.

Altogether there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, which are located on the ground floor and the first floor – and there is one entertainment room with pool table. The owner kindly asks to refrain from smoking in his house.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
