On a beautiful plot, just outside of the small town of Felanitx, this modernized country home rests peacefully – and enchants ist guests with its charm and the combination of modern luxury and Mallorcan style elements.

Description

Can Torrecita is a one-storey finca, with only one elevated area in the tower, which is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom accessible only via an external staircase. A large terrace with several seating options wraps around the whole house and inside a patio with small palmtrees and plants invites to spend some relaxing hours. Porto Colom, the romantic fishing port, with good shopping facilities, inviting restaurants and attractive beaches is a 10 minute drive away.

The finca is perfectly suitable for large families with children, as well as for several couples travelling together. The unique layout of the country house with two wings provides for ample space to retreat, when needing a little bit of privacy.

Children will love the outdoor area. The large garden grounds invite to explore, play and relax. There is even a large playground with a sand floor, swing and slide. The pool with Roman entry and shallow waster zone, received a modern, very skin-friendly water treatment system in 2013. On hot sunny summer days there is no better place to splash, to swim or to unwind your soul on an air-matress. Off-season – the pool can be heated at an additional cost.

Poolheizung: Die Kosten betragen 168,00 / Woche.

Hinweis: Eine Kaution in Höhe von 500,00 € wird bei Buchung berechnet.

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
