The newly renovated, child-friendly finca is the perfect place to enjoy a restful and relaxed holiday. Despite the tranquil location, the buzzing old town of Pollença (supermarket, bakery, restaurants) is within easy walking distance.

Description

The small, cosy Finca with marvellous panoramic views is located only 1 km from Pollença. The manicured lawns around the pool and large covered terraces with panoramic views of the slopes of Tramuntana mountains invite for pleasurable hours outdoors. Due to the proximity to „Finca Can Lera" (see catalog page 8), the holiday home is ideal for 2 families, who like to spend their holidays together without having to forego privacy and independence.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
