The holiday home is generously laid out and offers a very tastefully appointed, open-plan and sun-lit interior. Outside, the delightful barbecue house in front of the pool suggests enjoying cooking al fresco, where as dining or wining on one the sun-shaded terraces will always account for many pleasant hours.

Description

The one-story Finca nestles remotely at the slopes of a tree-covered hill on 7.000 m² garden with lemon and orange trees, as well as other mature trees and Mediterranean plants. Pollença is just 2 km away, and the beaches are also just a few minutes by car.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
