The charming holiday home lies peacefully on a 5000 m² well-maintained garden plot in the green valley of La Rafal and with lovely views into the peaceful, lush surrounds. It is only about 3 km to the Old Town of Pollença and 7 km to the beaches of Port de Pollença.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base, including a rental car of Category A.

Of course you are welcome to rent additional cars, or upgrade the basic model A in category and size at the respective surcharge. For more information, please screen our car rental price list.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
