Description

The Finca Biniauba is surrounded by a well-tended Mediterranean garden and offers countless shady places to relax. The much acclaimed restaurant Posada del Marques is just 5 minutes away – and there are several hiking trails, which start here.  Esporles, the pretty village nearby is just a few car minutes away and provides shopping facilities for every day needs, various charming bars  and restaurants, as well as an authentic day market  on Saturday. Do as the locals do - and join the crowds at Café Passeig enjoying the sun with a café con leche and a bocadillo at noon.

Finca Biniauba has enough space for 8 adults . 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds (2 boxspring beds) and 2 bathrooms are available. Interesting places and restaurants are within close range. For example the vineyard "Es Verger" is only 1 km away. 

The house got a water purifying system as well.

All finca rental prices are quoted on a weekly base.

All costs incurring by energy (electricity, gas, water) and cleaning are included in rental price from April to October. In other months a flat rate for energy (100 € per week) is billed.

Additional information on rental rates

Kaution 500,- EURO

All accruing energy costs (electricity, gas, water) and final cleaning are included in the rental period from April to October. In the remaining months an energy cost flat rate (100 € per week) will be charged. We charge a one-time service fee of € 48, - for the on-site support and our 24-hour emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
