Finca Aumadrava is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in serene countryside with many different possibilities to discover interesting beaches and the beautiful nature during your stay. Please note: larger groups can spread-out into the neighboring Finca Elisa, if available.

This charming traditional stone finca, with delightful views across the serene surrounding is picturesquely nestled in the green countryside of the North of Mallorca. It is only about 5 minutes from Pollenca, the quaint town with good shopping facilities and many excellent restaurants. Table tennis is available.

Additional information on rental rates

All additional costs for water, garden maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning are included in the rental price. A flat rate for energy costs (125,-€ per week) is charged. On top of the above prices in the price table, we charge a one-time service fee of 48,-€ for on-site support and our 24/7 emergency service.

Our holiday homes are bookable only on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday!
Exception: In the regions southeast / southwest, deviating dates are possible on request in the off-season "October-May". The minimum rental period is 1 week.
